You don’t have to support [SIC] with a paid subscription. Everybody gets the same content.
But you CAN pay, if you want to. It helps. Monthly or yearly, or founding support (which includes a dinner at my house, if you’re in / can get to NYC). I’m open to offering other benefits, if you’ve got ideas.
Feel free to share, too.
Hi all.
Today is going to be fun. [SIC] Talks returns with special guest Recho Omondi, the podcaster, designer and entrepreneur behind The Cutting Room Floor podcast.
Recho and I met through our mutual friend (and [SIC] Talks alum Jian DeLeon, and while we’ve had a couple of really great chats on Clubhouse, this will be our first time talking 1:1. In my experience Recho is bright, informed and opinionated, so it’ll be cool getting her takes on some of the week’s stories, as well as an update on what she’s been busy with. Come check it out on IG Live at 4p ET / 1p PT @dietznutz, or in my grid thereafter.
Also, instead of promising a frequency for “5 Questions For,” they’re just gonna come out when I have material for them. Back next week, in other words.
Finally before we get into the links, a thanks as always to friends who contributed - Iolanda, Marcella, Matthew, Celeste, Aaron and Greg - for the links. Keep ‘em coming, all.
xo B
